+ Added a tooltip to every item and block explaining what it does, when SHIFT is pressed
* Fixed buttons and fence gates not having sounds (issue #54)
* Behaviour of doors/trapdoors/fence gates can be changed now, using iron ingots (to toggle whether players can open/close a door) and redstone dust (to toggle whether the door reacts to redstone signals), as suggested in issue #62, outdated tile entities will also be updated when right-clicked to match the new and improved ones and a message is shown explaining what happened
