0.3.11 - more transparency and model fixes

* Fixed more transparency problems with slabs, but it's really hard to find and fix all bugs...

* Fixed frame and illusion chests losing their custom names when placed (#42)

* Fixed default (empty) illusion slab model for double slabs

 

Edit: causes Server crashes - use 0.4.0 instead!
