Biotech 2.5
Bump the network protocol to 3 so older clients cannot receive incompatible controller menu data.
Add persisted Ignore signal / Needs signal / No signal controls to all six controllers. Paused transactions retain their inputs, energy progress, recipe snapshot, and output rolls.
Show server-authoritative stall diagnostics in controller menus and Jade, including missing fluid, energy, blocked outputs, redstone pause, and transaction rejection.
Add bounded server settings for new-cycle energy cost and controller processing rate; preserve default balance and active saved costs.
Apply server balance settings to JEI energy and timing estimates.
Localize controller diagnostics, controls, energy/fluid tooltips, and fluid product descriptions; document Patchouli translation and upgrade behavior.
Add native regressions for pause/resume, exact output preservation across reload, output diagnostics, and active cost preservation on every supported target.
Apply the bounded idle diagnostic refresh to Forge, distinguish an empty recipe set from missing items, and test controller cache boundaries using real world ticks on every target.
Align animal inventory icons with block fronts. Show searchable server loot-table items and estimated per-cycle quantities on dynamic Slaughterhouse JEI output slots, refresh them on datapack synchronization, and remove the separate loot-description line. Network protocol 4 includes the loot catalog payload.
Greenhouse default recipes now resolve mature-crop loot once per cycle, with live searchable JEI estimates and static datapack overrides. Breeding uses both parents through vanilla offspring rules; persisted cycle results preserve traits and rolls across interruptions.
Added default capture, creative variants and machine recipes for vanilla terrestrial animals in each supported version, including proper mule hybrids, vanilla egg/spawn outputs and sterile-species exclusions. Captured tooltips show individual appearance, genes, equipment and health/speed/jump traits.
