Adds a bingo overlay to the play.bingomc.net server to make card viewing easy

What's new
The overlay can now detect errors in the servers /search list ordering, increasing its accuracy on presenting the items on the card overlay in the correct order, particularly on very large cards.
Added a new keybind 'c' which allows you to toggle the text to show/hide /search responses. I added this for testing so I can fix the ordering on certain cards, and decided to keep it as a feature.
Changed the default card overlay positioning for new instances.
