Adds a bingo overlay to the play.bingomc.net server to make card viewing easy

What's new
Added singleplayer card filtering so that you can reset for your pefect card.
When in overlay editor mode (m by default) hover over an item on a card and press p to blacklist it.
Press P to veiw all blacklisted items and right click on an item to remove it from blacklist.
Press O to auto generate cards in singleplayer until it finds one that is not on your blacklist.
