Big Barrels

Barrels hold as much as a double chest: 54 slots instead of 27. Configurable from 3 to 6 rows. Server-side only, no Fabric API needed.

What's new
## Big Barrels 1.1.0
- **New: NeoForge version** (26.3).
- **New: upgrade mode** (`"upgradeMode": true`): barrels stay at 27 slots until you right-click one with a chest. The chest is used up, and you get it back when you break the barrel. The upgrade item can be changed (`upgradeItem`). Barrels that already hold more than 27 items stay big.
- **New: `/bigbarrels reload` and `/bigbarrels info`** (operators). Changing the rows or the upgrade mode no longer needs a restart: open barrel screens close, and every barrel gets its new size the next time it is used.
- Still never loses items: anything that doesn't fit anymore is kept inside the barrel and comes back or drops when the barrel is broken.
