Changelog:

*Mod-biome gen is now on parity with 1.19.3, 1.19.2 is now using biome parameters
*Fixed shift-clicking with drying racks crashing the game (though, keep in mind that that drying racks still proceed one item at a time, so anything extra in the slot will get erased when the meat finishes drying)
*Shift-clicking should probably be made to work with how crock pots/drying racks only take one item from a stack, but its not a priority atm
*Shift-clicking aside, both drying racks and crock pots now truly restrict the quantity of items in any non-output slot to one
*Also fixed how Drying Racks display items; items should now display correctly (as they rotate to appear hanging from the rope in 1.19.3)
