Fixes

• Nether city chairs no longer log "Skipping Entity with id betternether:chair"
• Several Nether seeds and saplings no longer glow by mistake, and Nether plants, seeds and saplings break instantly with crop sounds again instead of inheriting hardness, light and sounds from other blocks
• The Cincinnasite Anvil is part of the vanilla anvil item tag, improving compatibility with other mods (BetterEnd#303)
• Removed the empty placeholder Patchouli book that caused "Failed to load book betternether:betternether_book" errors with Patchouli on 1.20.1 (BetterEnd#305, BetterNether#286, BetterNether#198, BetterNether#164)
• Compatibility recipes for other mods (e.g. Tech Reborn) are only loaded when that mod is installed
• Nether Redstone Ore drops redstone again when mined with modded tools such as Modern Industrialization's mining drills (BetterNether#296)
• Japanese and Polish translations load again instead of falling back to English (BetterNether#207)
• Removed nearly invisible stray pixels from two agave textures (BetterNether#211)
• Willow Fence and Trimmed Mushroom Fir Chest have proper names (BetterNether#210, BetterNether#195)
• Weeping Obsidian's name no longer starts with a space (BetterNether#180)
• Anchor trees and fallen anchor tree logs no longer grow into the buildings of nether cities (BetterNether#142)
• Fireruby tools award smelting XP for ores like iron again, paid out like a furnace; with Silk Touch they drop the ore block like any Silk Touch pickaxe (BetterNether#167, BetterNether#168)
• Eye plants drop their slime balls and eye seeds again (BetterNether#153, BetterNether#159, BetterNether#179)
• Black Apple and Stalagnate Bowl foods no longer share their food values with vanilla items, so mods that change food values per item (e.g. IguanaTweaks Reborn) only affect the intended item (BetterEnd#504)
• Lithium no longer floods dedicated server consoles with "Class Analysis Error" for our blocks and items (BCLib#240)
