1.0.3 drops the Create dependency. Ponder is now a direct compile dependency embedded into this jar via jar-in-jar, together with Flywheel, which Ponder declares as a mandatory client dependency and which previously arrived through Create. Installing this one file is enough.

Also fixed a startup crash: `PonderUIMixin` marked its `init`, `tick` and `mouseClicked` injections `remap = false`, which suppressed refmap generation for them, so the target lookup failed at runtime — `init` is named `m_7856_` in production.
