BetterEnd (Forge)

Changes:
- added BetterEnd ingots, nuggets and ores to their own forge tag (forge:ingots/thallasium, forge:nuggets/terminite etc..) to help compatibility with some mods
- end portal can now be linked to dimensions that are not the overworld by placing a certain item on the eternal pedestals. The dimension and its corresponding key item have to be specified in the portals.json file
- added a little easter egg block
- updated Chinese Simplified (China) translation (courtesy of https://github.com/zorc)

Mod Integration:
- BetterEnd wooden barrels can now be upgraded by the MetalBarrels mod

Fixes:
- fixed metal chain blockstates
- fixed mod bookshelves not working with the enchanting table
- fixed duplication bug caused by incompatibility with Apotheosis anvil
- fixed end stone smelter missing GUI texture
- fixed underwater saplings creating contained water sources when water around them is removed

- fixed incorrect registration of metal tools and armor items, causing incompatibilities in some recipes
