Mod integration:

- added guide book (needs Patchouli installed to be read). Still a WIP, more informations will be added in the future
- added custom world type to allow Terraforged integration. When creating a Terraforged world be sure to choose betterendforge:world_type as the End dimension settings

Fixes:

- fixed end lotus stem leaf not rendering correctly when seen from below
- fixed some light emitting blocks not actually emitting light when optifine is installed
- fixed custom music not playing in BetterEnd biomes
- fixed hopper interaction with end stone smelter
- improved bone meal interaction in the end, it should not be generating sea grass underwater anymore
