Changes:

- added mod chests and barrels blocks to the guarded_by_piglings tag
- added mod chests to the chests and chests_wooden forge tags

Mod integration:

- added Deadly End Phantoms integration. When that mod is installed specters will spawn in shadow forest instead of vanilla phantoms
- added description to the end veil enchantment for the mod Enchantment Descriptions to display

- added compatibility with Biomes O' Plenty worlds and already generated worlds. BetterEnd biomes should now spawn in those world types without having to manually edit the level.dat file

Fixes:

- fixed blossom berry rendering incorrectly
- fixed jungle vine rendering incorrectly
- fixed jungle fern rendering incorrectly
