Better Spawner Control (Legacy Fabric)

Requires the library mod Collective (Fabric) and the Fabric API.

     This mod is part of The Vanilla Experience.
Better Spawner Control is a drag-and-drop mod which disables mob spawners whenever they are surrounded by 5 torches. Why? Because those darn blazes won't stop spawning.

1.16's soul torches are supported.
