Better Slabs Mod

- started the mod from scratch

-- rewritten all block and event handlers

-- rewritten block state saving and placing

- implemented placing modes

-- allows you to place diagonal slabs, slope slabs and even more

-- press F9 and F10 to switch between modes

-- the current mode is visible only when a slab is in your hand

- added a config file

-- you can disable any block you want

-- look into the slab's item description to see its ID, go to the config file and disable it

- added a version checker

-- this way you know when to update your mod

- revamped how block states work

-- all textures you see in the mod are vanilla textures

--- changing them or deleting them WILL affect the mod's slab
