+ Full support for modded biomes!

  •             - For now, modded biomes with the default vanilla water color would be auto configured to have their
                  water color replaced with the bedrock water color by default
  •             - Modded biomes can be individually configured using the config file
  •             - By default, modded biomes with a parent biome will inherit their parent biome's water color properties
                  as long as the parent biome has an entry in the config file

+ Added support for modupdater because why not?

+ Game no longer crashes when there are improperly formatted config entries

+ Now requires Fabric API
