This is a backport of shiroroku's Loot Beams to minecraft 1.7.10
For proper usage it requires HookLib by Gloomy Folken OR you can download mod with embedded lib
It supports both Minecraft rarity system & Minecraft color codes from Java edition
It adds floating beams over items dropped in the world like this:
While color tags in name & rarity take place into beam's color you can also add some NBT tags to item to override it params (e.g. NBT tags has priority over mod config)
Supported tags are:
BeamingDropsHeight: 16.0f
BeamingDropsDiameter: 4.0f
BeamingDropsColor: "9E6ACF"
This can be useful if you wanna to use some items it your buildings like teleportation beam or Place of Force
Beams are visible not only in world but also in frames, Thaumcraft's pedestal, Iron Chest's Crystal chest, Thermal Dynamic's pipes and other inventories that renders items in world
