You are explicitly allowed to include BBQ On Everything! in modpacks distributed through CurseForge, provided that:

The mod is not modified

Proper credit is given to the original mod and author

The mod is not rehosted outside CurseForge

2. Redistribution

Redistribution of BBQ On Everything! is permitted on third party websites

3. Modification & Derivatives

Modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or creation of derivative works based on BBQ On Everything! is prohibited without explicit permission from the mod author.

This includes:

Forks

Edited versions

Feature ports

Rebranded builds

Permission may be granted on a case-by-case basis by the author.

BBQ On Everything! is required as a separate dependency

This permission does not allow:

Forking BBQ On Everything!

Patching or overwriting its files

Redistributing BBQ On Everything! in any form
