The mod is simple. Cook honey on a campfire to turn it into BBQ sauce (don't ask how that works), then hold a food item in your offhand, and the BBQ sauce in your main hand.
Right click
The food is now BBQ'd!
If you eat it, it logically adds a bit of a saturation bonus, because it's just so delicious!!
