This licence covers the ORIGINAL parts of Avaritia Easy: its source code and
the assets created for it.

It does NOT cover the material derived from AvaritiaNeo by AquaThree, which
this mod builds upon and which remains under the MIT licence. That material —
textures, models, shaders and the mechanics reproduced from it — is listed in
ATTRIBUTIONS.txt, together with the full MIT notice. Nothing in this licence
removes, limits or overrides the rights the MIT licence grants over that
material.

2. RESTRICTIONS

Except as permitted by sections 3 and 4, and except for the MIT-licensed
material described in section 1, you may not copy, redistribute, modify or
decompile this software, or parts of it, without the explicit written
permission of the author.

3. MODPACK EXCEPTION
--------------------
You are granted a free, non-exclusive licence to include this mod in any
modpack — including commercial or monetised modpacks — provided that the
modpack is distributed through an official platform (such as CurseForge or
Modrinth) that downloads the mod directly from its official source.

4. ADD-ON EXCEPTION
-------------------
Third-party developers are permitted to create and distribute separate add-ons
or compatibility patches for this mod, as long as they do not bundle, clone or
redistribute the original mod files within their own project.

5. NO WARRANTY

This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied. The author is not liable for any claim, damages or other liability
arising from the use of this software.
