Infinite cell display, external API, and pattern paste fixes
- Infinite cell tooltips now show 10 icons per row and at most 10 rows; the Shift + wheel paging hint appears only after 100 entries.
- Added a Java / NeoForge API for external mods to register pattern cut / copy tools with a custom name, stored patterns, and replace mode.
- Fixed duplicate primary-output handling during pastes: normal containers now skip only outputs already present in the target, not outputs carried in the same tool batch.
- Fixed false duplicate detection when pasting large batches into the ECO machine interface; duplicate checks now use the physical pattern bus backing each target slot.
- Fixed the paste progress bar appearing frozen when a container rejects patterns; placement progress now advances by checked slots.
