### OI Port frequency card compatibility, ECO compatibility, and pattern tool improvements
- The OI Port now supports AE2 Lightning Tech overloaded frequency cards for both manual and automatic binding.
- Fixed a game crash that could occur when an overloaded frequency card automatically bound to an OI Port.
- Added compatibility with AE2 Lightning Tech prerelease versions; related features are skipped safely when the API is unavailable.
- Fixed OI Ports disappearing when removed with Useless Mod's Construction Wand; they now drop normally.
- Darkened the "OI Port" text on the top face while the port is inactive.
- Updated NeoEcoAE compatibility to 21.2.3.
- Optimised bulk writes through the ECO crafting-subsystem interface to reduce per-slot refresh lag during large pattern pastes.
- Improved duplicate primary-output detection, bulk paste performance, and replace-mode write-back; replaced patterns are now moved into the tool.
