Au The Leaks - Au Naturel Edit

A fix for some common memory leaks without a memory leak or significant memory use itself.
An edit to the original project here focused on memory leaks in the Au Naturel 5 modpack, but also focusing on ensuring the mod itself is performant and doesn't use additional resources or leak memory itself.
Of particular note is an additional config option to enable turning of memory leak monitoring off to stop resource use during production deployment and when not developing a modpack.
