Attuned 1.5.3 - Fabric Artifact Size Patch

• Fabric release naming - Modrinth and CurseForge uploads now use Fabric: Minecraft 26.2 - Attuned 1.5.3 as the public version display name so future Forge and NeoForge files can sit beside Fabric builds without ambiguity.
• Patch-only artifact refresh - rebuilt the Minecraft 26.2 Fabric jar from the already-verified gameplay code with the release-size optimization applied; this patch does not add gameplay content or rebalance Foci.
• Smaller release jar - packaged jars now exclude source-only Blockbench mesh files, use the compact Ocean Relic runtime mesh texture, and keep RGBA-safe optimized public textures so the build stays readable while sitting around 7.4 MB instead of the previous roughly 10.6 MB footprint.
