Attribute Swapper
Attribute Swapper is a client-side Fabric mod for Minecraft 26.2 that makes switching between items easier during combat and movement. It helps coordinate common item combinations, including spear Lunge attacks, spear-to-mace transitions, and ender pearl-to-wind charge swaps.
Features
Spear Lunge Swap
Simplifies switching to a Lunge-enchanted spear and returning to your previous hotbar selection after a short recovery period. Supports Toggle and Hold-to-Activate input modes.
Spear-to-Mace Swap
Switches from a spear to a mace when a melee attack is initiated, making it easier to transition between weapons during combat.
Pearl-to-Wind-Charge Swap
Selects wind charges after an ender pearl is thrown, helping streamline movement combinations.
Dynamic Range Crosshair
Changes the crosshair color when a target is within the valid melee range of the currently held weapon. This is a visual indicator and does not change weapon reach or attack distance.
In-Game Configuration
Open the configuration screen using the default O key. Adjust feature settings, input modes, and keybindings to suit your preferences.

How It Works
Attribute Swapper uses Minecraft's client-side hotbar selection to help manage item transitions. Items required for each sequence should be available in the player's hotbar.
- Hotbar switching: Selects the relevant hotbar slot during supported sequences.
- Minecraft combat mechanics: Works with the game's existing combat system and does not intentionally bypass weapon cooldowns.
- Unmodified reach: Does not increase player reach or change hitboxes.
- Visual assistance: The range crosshair provides feedback without changing attack distance.
Multiplayer Compatibility
Attribute Swapper can be used in singleplayer worlds and multiplayer environments, subject to each server's rules.
Some servers restrict automated hotbar switching or other client-side gameplay conveniences. Check the rules of your server before using the mod in multiplayer, especially on competitive servers.
Compatibility with individual server policies and anti-cheat systems may vary.
