Changelog:

  • Added a new regional navigation system for longer-distance squad movement, route planning, generated-chunk scanning, traffic coordination, and nav-region building.
  • Added a stronger squad coordination layer so teams can reserve tactical roles, prepare pincer/suppression actions, track readiness, and commit together instead of acting as isolated mobs.
  • Reworked tactical orders around Onslaught, Pincer, Ambush, Lookout, March, Retreat, and Suppression with new per-directive config toggles.
  • Improved gunner behavior with cover cycling, skirmish movement, direct-fire obstruction checks, fire discipline, and safer friendly firing lanes.
  • Improved retreat and regroup behavior with tactical safety planning, immediate-cover fallback, and better world-border relocation logic.
  • Improved downed/revive behavior with safer crawl movement limits, revive cancellation handling, better approach checks, and post-revive state cleanup.

Commands, controls, and config

  • Added a new Hyperslide Crawl keybind.
  • Added nav-map/nav-region command support for creating and previewing navigation regions.
  • Added helper commands for joining entities to another entity's team and temporarily exposing targets to a team.
  • Added config toggles for individual directives, direct-fire blocking blocks/tags, HUD damage feedback, health/shield bar frames, async execution, nav graph building, Hyperslide compatibility, and TaCZ resync behavior.

Modpack notes

  • Sound Attract is now required instead of optional.
  • Quantified remains optional, but the expected optional version range was raised to 2.0.0+.
  • Existing configs may need to regenerate or be merged to pick up the new options.
