Custom fish now drown in air. 
All sunken pots and ceramic junk now randomly rotate.
All decorators that can spawn underwater now no longer have a rare air bubble overtop them for no reason.
Pale coral has been replaced with some crags for texture, it will be re-added later elsewhere.
Eroded limestone blocks had a texture touch up.
Three (4) new mobs.
Dunes had their generation touched up to be cleaner.
New decoration blocks found in Zhaomiir chests and in Fishtopher shop. 
New food.
Sound update for Uni Oni and new projectile texture for them.
New plant to decorate the dunes.
Fixed mobs spawning too much in old ocean shore.
