Ash Clay

This release updates the mod to 1.16.1! I skipped 1.16 in favor for it's sucessor, but it should work fine on either version. There's also some small additional changes:

• Updated the textures of ash clay and ash clay bricks to better represent the change from wet to dry
• Added a smelting recipe for ash clay to ash clay bricks (in addition to air drying)
