Ascended Arts for Epic Fight

updated moveset for "small scythes" (name change later when I think of one)
updated textures for them
added new weapon [Regret] a massive greatsword. 
can be found in loot chests like other unique items. 
Added dedicated nether structure for guaranteed spawn of Regret. Named [Grave of Regret] a sword grave found rarely in the nether wastes


I was planning to try and add the Plum Blossom banner pattern in 1.20.1, but for some reason it just isn't working as planned, so I'll come back later to that some other time. Probably when I add more patterns for other sects later.
