fixed Regret not being enchantable. Forgot to add it to the swords tag lol

also fixed the armors not appearing properly with the death harvest skill? The one where a "copy of the player" pulses. yeah it was showing broken texture for the armor cause it targets a different area for the texture, so fixed that.
