Localization fix: removed leftover references to the origin mod's name in advancement translation keys, and filled in translation keys that were entirely missing.

Fix

• Advancements: the progression and challenge gate advancements (Haven, Frontier, Ascent, Summit, Pinnacle and their gateways) pointed their translate keys at the origin mod's namespace instead of ascendant_equipment, so titles/descriptions fell back to raw untranslated text in the advancement popup and screen.
• Advancement text: added the missing title, description and per-criterion text for all 6 progression advancements and 5 challenge gates (these keys had never been written, not just misnamed).
• World Tier screen: added the missing name/description for each world tier (Haven, Frontier, Ascent, Summit, Pinnacle) and the title/description text for all 6 stages of the World Tier tutorial, which were previously showing raw lang keys instead of readable text.

Notes

Shipped locales are now en_us and es_es only. The other 10 locales never had the keys above translated either; they are deferred to a future localization pass.
