Artifacts

- The attack speed attribute modifier of the Feral Claws is now multiplicative rather than additive
- Reduced the default attack speed bonus of the Feral Claws from 50% to 40%
- The Snorkel now has a limited water breathing duration, similar to the Turtle Shell. The original effect can be restored by setting the `artifacts.snorkel.waterBreathingDuration` game rule to 0

- MACA: Updated Korean translation
- Coolio Dudio: Updated the snorkel item texture
- Minor tweaks to Thorn/Flame/Shock pendant textures
- Fixed Artifacts' mixins crashing the game before Forge can display a useful error if Architectury is missing
- Fixed an issue causing Artifacts to negate experience modifiers from other mods
- Fixed Steadfast Spikes incorrectly displaying knockback resistance
- Artifacts will now log a warning when a tag from Curios or Trinkets is overridden
