What it does:
• Stamps crafted tools, weapons, armor, and other damageable gear with the crafter's name and the current world year.
• Shows a dynamic age tier + numeric age + creator on the item tooltip:
```
Iron Sword
New
0 years old
Forged by Dev
```
• Picks up untagged gear already in the world and stamps it with the picker-upper's name.
• Renders a shared Year counter at the top center of the screen.
• One in-game year = 3 Minecraft days = 72,000 ticks.
• Age tiers from New at 0 years up to Legendary at 10,000+ years, each with its own colour.
• Spawned item label: Items given through /give, taken from creative, or spawned by mods/chests/mobs now show a bright red bold Spawned label on their tooltip.
• /lable clear command: Operators can hold any tagged item and run /lable clear (or /label clear) to wipe its label. The item becomes blank, and the next player to pick it up will claim it as if it were
freshly made.
• Age display: Tooltips now show the item's exact age in years (e.g. 0 years old) alongside its tier.
• No despawn for ancient gear: Any item aged Timeless (2,600 years) or older will never despawn when dropped on the ground.
