Turns out there was a game-breaking bug lurking in the mod for a while that was never reported. I think it's both the dumbest and most severe bug in the mod to date, so... that's embarrassing.
* Fixed centrifuges causing the chunks they're in to not save. Because I forgot to register the block entities. Like an idiot.

Additionally:
* Fixed centrifuge outputs being reversed when the centrifuge points east or west.
* Made Philosopher's Stone formulas spawn in fewer types of chest, so hopefully they're not as annoyingly common..
