# Version 3.0.2 - 07-12-2026 The mod's settings screen was basically unreadable. Minecraft 1.21 added a blurry background effect to menus, and the settings screen was drawing itself _first_ and then the blur _on top_, so everything got smeared over — only the Done and Reset buttons stayed clear. It's now fixed to paint a clean solid background and draw the text and options on top, so you can actually read it. **Known bugs still being worked on (coming in 3.0.3):** Casting a spell that mixes both magic systems ("cross-casting") charges you too much mana — it double-dips and overcharges you. If you cancel one of those mixed casts, you don't get your mana back, and it can mess up the cost on your next cast too. The "Spell Loom" crafting station can eat your items — it'll accept and destroy any spell item you put in, including a full spellbook, and it'll silently overwrite a scroll that already had a spell on it. **For now, only put junk items and truly blank scrolls in the loom.** Old spellbooks made in version 2.6.x lose their right-click-to-cast ability, and un-inscribing them leaves some leftover junk behind. Minor stuff: one command ignores a setting it shouldn't, hoppers can jam the loom's output, and picking an unsupported option shows a broken/missing icon. Want this as a file, or is this good as-is?
