Ars Creo compat: Conductor hats for the mobs -> will enforce a minimum version of creo if in the pack.
Added upgraded relays.
Fixed wrong emission maps for some blocks using the optifine format.

Flashjack out of wip phase, slighly better pathfind/turret AI. Added direct attack when close enough. They now drop the feather when tamed instead of being like a golem that need to be killed or dispelled.
