Cut can now sever the Life Link.
Little change for the upcoming compat with Identity on Ars Scalaes.

Added Enderference effect, will prevent mobs from teleporting away. Doesn't block Blink & Exchange yet (change needed on Ars side).

 

Should be compatible across 1.19 and 1.19.1 until Ars updates to 3.2
