Arrow Fixer

If you've been playing around with Tipped Arrows, you may have noticed that Healing and Harming arrows just don't seem to work properly.

This mod adds an event handler to detect when an entity has been hit by a healing or harming arrow and properly applies the potion effect.

Note that Healing arrows will still do damage, and at full draw they'll probably hurt more than they heal.
