This license covers the Arraial mod: its source code, compiled files, textures, skins,
models, structures, sounds, texts and translations, the name "Arraial" as the name of
this mod, and its icon and logo (together, "the Mod").
The source code is published so that people can read it, learn from it and help improve
it. Publishing the source does not make the Mod free to copy or redistribute.
1. YOU MAY
a) Download the Mod from its official pages and use it, for free, in single player,
on LAN, and on public or private servers, including servers that earn money,
provided the Mod itself is not sold and no part of it is put behind a payment.
b) Read and study the source code, and build it for your own personal use.
c) Include the Mod in modpacks, provided the modpack downloads the Mod from an
official page (for example, a Modrinth modpack that references the Modrinth file,
or a CurseForge modpack, where the platform allows it) and the Mod is not
repackaged, renamed or altered.
d) Make videos, streams, screenshots, reviews, guides and wiki pages about the Mod,
and earn money from them. A link to an official page is appreciated.
e) Propose changes (issues, pull requests) in the official repository, under
section 4.
2. YOU MAY NOT, without written permission from the author
a) Redistribute the Mod, its files or its source code, modified or not, on any
website, mirror, launcher, file host or archive other than the official pages.
b) Sell the Mod, charge for access to it or to any of its features, or include it
in a paid product.
c) Publish modified versions, forks, ports or derivative works of the Mod, or reuse
its code, textures, skins, models or structures in other projects.
d) Use the name "Arraial", the icon or the logo for another project, or in a way
that suggests endorsement by the author.
e) Remove or change this license or the copyright notices.
3. OFFICIAL PAGES
The Mod's official pages are its project pages on Modrinth and CurseForge and its
repository on GitHub, as listed in the README of the official repository.
4. CONTRIBUTIONS
By submitting a contribution (code, art, translation or any other material) to the
official repository, you confirm that it is your own work and you grant the author
a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish,
relicense and distribute it as part of the Mod or otherwise. You will be credited.
5. NO WARRANTY
The Mod is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The author is not liable
for any damage, data loss or other problem arising from its use. Back up your worlds.
6. MINECRAFT
Arraial is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated
with Mojang or Microsoft. Use of the Mod is also subject to the Minecraft EULA and
Usage Guidelines.
For any permission not granted here, contact the author through the official repository.

O código-fonte é publicado para que as pessoas possam lê-lo, aprender com ele e ajudar a

1. VOCÊ PODE
a) Baixar o Mod das páginas oficiais e usá-lo, de graça, no modo de um jogador, em
rede local e em servidores públicos ou privados, inclusive servidores que ganhem
dinheiro, desde que o Mod em si não seja vendido nem nenhuma parte dele fique atrás
de pagamento.
b) Ler e estudar o código-fonte e compilá-lo para uso pessoal.
c) Incluir o Mod em modpacks, desde que o modpack baixe o Mod de uma página oficial
(por exemplo, um modpack do Modrinth que aponte para o arquivo no Modrinth, ou um
modpack do CurseForge, onde a plataforma permitir) e o Mod não seja reempacotado,
renomeado nem alterado.
d) Fazer vídeos, lives, capturas de tela, análises, guias e páginas de wiki sobre o
Mod, e ganhar dinheiro com eles. Um link para a página oficial é bem-vindo.
e) Propor mudanças (issues, pull requests) no repositório oficial, conforme a seção 4.
2. VOCÊ NÃO PODE, sem permissão por escrito do autor
a) Redistribuir o Mod, seus arquivos ou seu código-fonte, modificados ou não, em
qualquer site, espelho, launcher, hospedagem de arquivos ou acervo que não sejam
as páginas oficiais.
b) Vender o Mod, cobrar pelo acesso a ele ou a qualquer função dele, ou incluí-lo num
produto pago.
c) Publicar versões modificadas, forks, ports ou obras derivadas do Mod, nem reutilizar
seu código, texturas, skins, modelos ou estruturas em outros projetos.
d) Usar o nome "Arraial", o ícone ou o logotipo em outro projeto, ou de forma que
sugira apoio do autor.
e) Remover ou alterar esta licença ou os avisos de direitos autorais.
3. PÁGINAS OFICIAIS
As páginas oficiais do Mod são as páginas do projeto no Modrinth e no CurseForge e o
repositório no GitHub, listadas no README do repositório oficial.
4. CONTRIBUIÇÕES
Ao enviar uma contribuição (código, arte, tradução ou qualquer outro material) ao
repositório oficial, você confirma que ela é de sua autoria e concede ao autor uma
licença perpétua, mundial, irrevogável e gratuita para usá-la, modificá-la,
publicá-la, relicenciá-la e distribuí-la como parte do Mod ou não. Você receberá
crédito.
5. SEM GARANTIA
O Mod é fornecido "como está", sem garantia de nenhum tipo. O autor não responde por
danos, perda de dados ou outros problemas decorrentes do uso. Faça backup dos mundos.
6. MINECRAFT
O Arraial não é um produto oficial do Minecraft e não é aprovado nem associado à
Mojang ou à Microsoft. O uso do Mod também está sujeito ao EULA e às Diretrizes de
Uso do Minecraft.
