DEV: Armor Underwear continues to undergo a redo to generalize its feature set beyond specific survival mods.
FIX: Rework for various liners that interact with 'stuck-in-block' mechanic (eg berry bushes, powdered snow)
FIX: Rework to handle broken but not destroyed armor -- liner effects should stop working
NEW: Expanded fireproof linings to block external burning effects before they are applied.
NEW: Added piece-specific checks for various kinds of damage (eg HOT_FLOOR should be blocked always if there is heat shielding on wearer's boots)
NEW: Initial work on liners that feed liquid things to wearer: potions and water (TAN and Survive).
NEW: Placeholder patchouli_books user guide -- this will be filled in soon!
