Allows users to modify armor and armor material stats, as well as create new armor materials.

- Fixed script error when trying to change repair material from 'null' to something.
- Fixed exception on repairMaterial change when old or new repairMaterial is null.
- Fixed possible serverside problem with 'material.textureName'
- Fixed JEI recipes so they will reappear when there is a repairMaterial and hide when there is not
- Added JEI support for custom materials
