Armor Stand Editor

• Added scale controls! They are available from Properties option.
• Added Saved Presets - players can now save / restore their own private presets! They are limited in amount by config.
• Setting name of Armor Stand to empty fully hides it, instead of leaving empty nameplate.
• When selecting presets, "Paste Settings with Inventory" option will no longer be shown.
• Fixed some uis not playing the click sound.
• Fixed some texts using 0/1 instead of true/false
• Marker Armor Stands are no longer highlighted with particles.
• More internal preparation for removal of legacy ui.
