v1.0.0 - Armageddon :

 

New Features:

  • Added a config file!

  • Added Hardmode: Entities will have more health after defeating the Ender Dragon! This can be configured and is compatible with other mods as it works with entity classes (living entities).

  • 5 New bosses added :p

  • Added some advancements.

Boss & Gameplay Changes:

  • Boss Health Scaling: Boss health now scales for up to 6 players in multiplayer.

  • Boss Spawning Changes: No longer need a dropped item from the previous boss to craft the summoning item (e.g., Strange Alloy from Iron Colossus no longer drops). To craft the Strange Coin, you’ll now need a piece of iron, and to spawn the Gobelin Lord, you must defeat the Iron Colossus first! (WIP – feedback welcomed!)

  • Boss Fight Mechanics: If a boss’s minion kills you, the boss and its minions will now despawn together.

  • Bosses are now immune to Poison, Wither, Weakness, and VoidFlame.

  • Zoranth is now immune to explosions.

  • Bosses can no longer spawn in lava or water and will avoid it.

  • Increased Arion’s second phase health.

  • Increased health and contact damage of many bosses.

Items & Crafting:

  • Titan’s Insigna is now craftable and no longer dropped by bosses – the Elvenite Paladin is now post-Ender Dragon.

  • Item Changes: Items required to craft boss summoning items are now consumable.

  • Renamed and re-sprited “Khyros Tear”.

  • Fixed Zoranth’s Helmet not dropping.

  • The Obsidian Skull has been replaced by the Zenithian Skull (craftable, no longer obtainable in survival).

  • Changed crafting recipes to fit the new progression system.

  • Added a Gilded Paxel.

  • Added Scythes similar to those in OAM or Choup's Drakvyrn Mod.

  • Throwing Daggers added.

  • Gilded Armor is now neutral to Piglins when worn.

  • Added new recipes: The Gilded Set now requires a smithing template.

  • Changed Arion’s texture.

  • Changed the recipe of the Antique Pendant accessory.

Armor & Accessories:

  • Added the Expert Builder Armor.

  • Fixed the Apprentice Builder Armor bug: replaced movement speed attribute with the Speed potion effect.

  • Some armors are now trimmable.

  • Builder armors are now affected by blocked tags (cannot be worn until certain conditions are met).

  • Increased global armor toughness as high damage was breaking armor too easily.

  • The accessory smithing template is no longer found in End Cities – it is now craftable.

Weapon Changes:

  • Increased Voidfang Saber base damage.

  • Increased thorns damage on the Rose Ring (from 2 to 4).

  • Weapons repairable with boss drops: Example – Eternal Steel Hammer now repairable with Colossal Iron Ingots.

  • Balanced old weapons and decreased attack speed for some of them.

  • Added a new effect: "Amaterasu" and "Sunburn".

  • Added particles for certain weapons.

  • Added a new small attack for the Gobelin Lord.

  • Fixed the Elvenite Pickaxe efficiency.

  • Fixed the recipe of the Gilded set by adding a smithing template.

Visual & Model Updates:

  • Improved the 3D model of the Goblin Lord.

  • Improved the 3D model of Eldorath’s beard.

  • Eldorath’s axe texture now matches a diamond style to fit his character.

  • Fixed entity visual scale.

  • Reworked some bosses: Their attack delays are now faster.

  • Changed the hitbox of most projectiles (e.g., Grass Blade).

Miscellaneous Changes:

  • Compatibility with Better Combat for new weapons.

  • Fixed some entity sounds: Changed all “living” sounds of bosses to “hostile” sounds.

  • Bosses now cancel their attack animation upon death (no damage but beware of overlapping animations).

  • Some bosses now have sound effects for their attacks (e.g., second Iron Colossus attack).

  • Bosses' weapons are now repairable using boss drops (e.g., Eternal Steel Hammer with Colossal Iron Ingot).

  • Nerfed the Zoranth's Hand accessory.

  • Fixed a bug with the Accesory smithing template: No longer spawns in End Cities, now craftable.

  • Added a new effect called “Amaterasu” with the “Sunburn” debuff.

  • Builder armors are now affected by blocked tags so they can’t be worn until certain conditions are met.

  • Increased health and damage of bosses across the board.
