AppleTrees

AppleTrees is a lightweight mod for Fabric and Forge that adds custom apple leaves and saplings with visible fruit growth and improved in-game feedback.

The mod focuses on keeping things simple, readable, and vanilla-friendly while giving players clear information about crop progression.

Features

Debug Logging (Important Feature)

/appletrees debug on/off/status

Fabric: you can find the log information in the latest log under the logs folder.
Forge: generates a txt file with all debug information in .minecraft

This mod includes an optional debug logging system.

When enabled, it can:

• Track growth cycles
• Log harvest events
• Show internal state changes for apple leaves
• Help diagnose issues with timing, stages, or drops

This is useful for:

• Bug reports
• Balancing/testing
• Development troubleshooting

Issues / Bug Reports

If something breaks or behaves incorrectly:

1. Enable debug logging
2. Reproduce the issue
3. Submit your logs through the Issues page

This helps identify problems much faster.

Goblin Harvester – Storage & Sorting

The Goblin will automatically deposit items into nearby chests or barrels.

Basic behavior:

• Place 1 chest → stores all apples
• Place 2 chests → separates apples and rare drops
• Place 3+ chests → splits Apple / Golden / Enchanted

Labeled sorting (recommended):

• Place an item frame on a chest/barrel
• Put one of these items inside:
  • Apple
  • Golden Apple
  • Enchanted Golden Apple

The Goblin will:

• Detect the label
• Only deposit matching items into that container
• Ignore unlabeled containers when labels are presentThis allows full automatic organization of your farm output.
