What is this for?
Apotheosis creates an exciting gameplay experience through random boss names. However, for players who play in non-English languages, or for modpack makers that want to support various languages, the default names.cfg which only supports direct text is not convenient enough. To solve this problem, this mod provides ability to use translation keys in names.cfg, so you can support various languages for boss names in a more flexible way.
If you only play in English, or have no demand for supporting more than one language, you don't need this mod. Only supports Apotheosis 7 for now.
How do I use it?
For playing
Install the mod, and also download the additional files. Put names.cfg in the "config/apotheosis" path. If you are playing in supported languages(see below), put the resource pack ApotheosisLocalized in "resourcepacks" (its recommended to use a global pack loader mod). Now when you encounter a Apotheosis boss, it has a custom name localized. Boss Items will also have their names totally translated.
For developing
The names.cfg given in additional files already includes translation keys corresponding the default names from Apotheosis. Create a resource pack and just translate all those keys. Of course, you can add, change or delete the keys. As long as the keys are included in names.cfg, they will be used in custom names.
Notice that the "formatting" part in names.cfg is no longer used, now suffix format and ownership format are taken from translate keys in apotheosislocalized/lang.

The mod has support for languages above, including custom formattings and names. The amount of names, name parts, tool names and stuff are all same as the default amount. In non-English languages, to work better with new formats, some translations of affixes are changed in the additional resource pack (Including Apotheosis and Iron's Spellbooks). Welcome to make pull requests on Github to add your language in.
Since the names are randomly concatenated, the translation keys only have numbers, so the same key may have relationless names in different languages, rather than accurate translations one by one.
Mini Bosses already support translatable names, so this mod modified the default mini bosses data and made their names in translate keys.
This mod has a side effect to the default English names. Because translation is done on the client, there is no good way to apply lowercase to the translate result strings, which makes names made from name parts like in camel case. For example, name parts "Zap" "Lob" "Wen" used to become "Zaplobwen", but now they appear as "ZapLobWen".

神化模组通过随机的boss名称提供了精彩的游戏体验。但对于非英语玩家,或者希望支持多语言的整合包作者来说,只支持原始文本的names.cfg显然不够方便。为了解决这个问题,本模组提供了在names.cfg使用翻译键的功能,以便更灵活地制作多语言随机boss名称。
如果你只用英文游戏,或者没有支持多于一种语言的需求,就不需要本模组。目前只支持神化7。
如何使用?
游玩
安装本模组,并下载附加文件。将names.cfg放到config/apotheosis路径下。如果使用受支持的语言进行游戏,就把附加的资源包放进resourcepacks(推荐使用全局资源包类模组)。现在,当你遇到神化Boss,它就带有翻译过的名字了。Boss掉落的物品也完全翻译。(不会再有「Bob's优雅的铁剑」这种情况了)
开发
附加文件中的names.cfg已经包含了对应神化默认名字的翻译键。创建一个资源包,翻译它们即可。当然,可以随意增减或修改翻译键。翻译键只要包含在names.cfg,就会用于随机名称中。
注意names.cfg中的formatting部分已被弃用,现在后缀格式和所有格式改由apotheosislocalized/lang中的翻译键决定。

目前内置语言:en_us(English) zh_cn(简体中文)
本模组目前支持以上语言,包括专门的格式和名字。名字、名字部件、工具别称等的数目和默认配置一致。在非英语语言中,为更好地搭配新的格式,一些后缀的翻译在附加资源包中有所修改。(包含神化本体和铁魔法。这里要点名铁魔法的翻译,后缀被翻译为「之施法者」这样的,再放到括号里,完全不知所云。)欢迎在Github上发起Pull Request加入你的语言。
由于名字是随机拼接而成的,翻译键只有数字,同一个键在不同语言里的值可能完全不相干,而非精准逐一翻译。
神化小Boss已经支持可翻译的名字了,本模组修改了默认神化小boss的数据,将其名字改为翻译键。
本模组对默认的英文名称有副作用。由于翻译在客户端进行,没有很好的办法将翻译结果转为小写,导致用name parts拼接出的名称成了驼峰式。例如名字分段 "Zap" "Lob" "Wen",原先组合为"Zaplobwen",现在则是"ZapLobWen"。
关于内置中文翻译:将A the B改为「B」A,比如「Bob the Docter」变为「博士」Bob。内置的随机名称是为作者的整合包准备的,和英文的并非精准对应。部分名字来自中西神话,后来又用广韵同韵字拼凑出了一堆无实义的名字,如「别列」「唐桑」「果火」「宵昭」等。
