Apocalypse Dimension

This mod adds a new dimension to Minecraft as well as a thirst bar, and new items and tools.
What's new
Added cracked clay which now spawns in the Apocalypse Dimension instead of water. Added campfire pile (later mobs will fear it and stay away). Also added a fire bow for lighting the campfire pile. Fixed more bugs.
