Apocalypse Dimension

This mod adds a new dimension to Minecraft as well as a thirst bar, and new items and tools.
What's new
I combined both the addon 'Easier Survival' and this one because it was just confusing having two mods that do one thing. Fixed bug where player would spawn way underground when going between Apocalypse Dimension and the normal world. Added crafting recipe for sapling and wheat seeds.
