Adds a few blocks, items, and related recipes integral to my modpack, Afraid of the Dark. Feel free to use in other projects, just note that you will have to implement some recipes yourself as the only recipes included here are ingot-to-block conversions. Otherwise, added items can only be found at the bottom of the "Materials" creative mode tab.
Added blocks include:
- Obscurium - similar effects to honey blocks
- Occultium - no special effects
- Nihilum - standing near this gives you several seconds of darkness
- Luxum Lamp - standing near this gives several seconds of night vision. Highly recommend pairing with Fading Night Vision
- Luxum Block - a more compressed version of the lamp, gives longer night vision over a broader range
- Glow TNT - does not destroy blocks, but highlights all entities within a 64-block radius. Useful for finding nearby caves!
- Astral Altar - craft Solar/Lunar Tokens and right-click them into the altar. When the altar receives power, one token is consumed and the world instantly becomes noon/midnight for the next 5 minutes before reverting back.
