* Now with 100% less registry replacement and 100% more coremods!
* The anvil is no longer registry replaced, instead mixin is used to apply configs. This will help with mod compatibility such as mending rework.
* Because forge at this time does not ship mixin, mixinbootstrap is required to run this mod.
* Added prior work penalty scale config, this can be used to change the rate at which the prior work penalty scales from the default 2.
