Fixed an Npc Command crash with Sponge

Changed machinery and mass production researches to use oredicted items.

Performance tweaks to Npc logic, improves update times quite a bit.

Fixed npc pathing issues with diagonal walls - after fix npcs won't see the wall as something they can pass through.

Simplified day/night time detection logic, which also makes npcs work properly with mods that modify length of day or night.
