Axolotl Allay: Boat Push

• New boon for the Axolotl Allay. While it's following you and you steer a boat on water, it swims to the back of the boat, holds on and pushes, so the boat goes faster. It leaves a trail of bubbles and has its own swimming animation, and it waits behind the boat when you stop.
• A pushed boat breaks through lily pads and frogspawn in its way (datapacks can add blocks with the allayfolks:boat_pushed_breaks block tag).
• Boat Push shows on the Allay Boons screen next to Air Bubble.

Fisher

• Starcatcher fish: with Starcatcher installed, the fisher allay also catches its fish, following the mod's own rules for where each one bites (dimension, biome, depth, water, time, weather). Vanilla fish, junk and treasure still come up too.

Fixes

• The Allay Boons entry stayed in your inventory for a couple of seconds after your allay stopped following you. It now disappears right away.
